Apply or Remove a Template

Introduction: This guide will walk you through the process of adding and removing templates from your fields in Harvest Profit. Templates help streamline the application of inputs across your fields, making the planning and budgeting processes more efficient. This process is explained live in the video below.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Navigate to the Applications Page:
    • Start by going to the Applications page in your Harvest Profit account.
  2. Adding a Template Using the "Apply Templates" Button:
    • At the top of the Applications page, click on the Apply Templates button.
    • Select the fields to which you want to add a template.
    • After selecting the desired fields, click Select and Continue.
    • Choose the template you want to apply from the list.
    • Click Apply Template.
    • You will now see the selected applications added to the chosen fields. For example, if you added the template to "Buck Southwest," the new applications will appear for that field.
  3. Removing a Template:
    • To remove a template from a field, click the X button next to the template on the field’s application list.
    • This action will remove the template and the associated applications from the field.
  4. Adding a Template from the Templates Page:
    • Another way to add a template is by going to the Templates page.
    • On the Templates page, locate and click on your desired field.
    • Click the Apply Template button.
    • From the dropdown menu, select the crop (e.g., corn) that the template is associated with.
    • The template will then be added to the selected field.
