How to Import Applications from John Deere Operations Center

Introduction: This guide will help you import application data from John Deere Operations Center into your Harvest Profit account. Follow these steps to seamlessly integrate your machine data. The video below shows a live walk-through of the step-by-step instructions.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Access Your Applications Page:
    • Go to the Applications page in your Harvest Profit account.
  2. Select Your Field:
    • Click on the field where you want to import machine data from John Deere Operations Center.
  3. Choose Data to Import:
    • You will see the available machine data for import.
    • You can choose to import applications individually or click Select All available applications to import all of them. Click Import to import applications.
  4. Review Import Settings:
    • An Import Settings window will pop up.
    • This window shows any products in the Operations Center that are not yet matched or imported into Harvest Profit.
  5. Match or Import Products:
    • Review the list of products.
    • For products already existing in Harvest Profit, they will be matched automatically.
    • For products not yet existing, you can click Import as a New One. This will add the product to your inputs page as a new item.
  6. Accept and Complete Import:
    • Go through the list and review the data.
    • Click Accept and Import to finalize the import process.
  7. Check Your Inputs Page:
    • After importing, go to the Inputs page.
    • Look for the newly imported products.
  8. Set Prices for New Products:
    • If any imported products do not have a price, set a price for them.
