Managing Settlements in Harvest Profit

Introduction: In this tutorial, we will cover the new and improved Settlements page in Harvest Profit. This feature changes the way you manage contract settlements by shifting the process from the individual load entries to a centralized Settlements page, making it easier to track and assign deliveries to your contracts.

  1. Access the Settlements Page:
    • Navigate to the Inventory page and select the sub-tab called Settlements.
  2. View and Manage Open Contracts:
    • On the Settlements sub-tab, you’ll see all your open contracts that need deliveries assigned.
    • Click Show Tickets to see available scale tickets for the matching crop and destination.
  3. Assign Scale Tickets to Contracts:
    • Select the appropriate scale tickets and assign them to your contract.
    • The page will update to show how far the contract is settled. For example, after adding tickets, it may show that you are 38% settled.
  4. View Contract Details:
    • Click on the contract number to view full contract details, helping you track the remaining settlement status.
