Add Delivery Locations (Elevators)

Introduction: This guide explains how to add a new delivery location (elevator) in Harvest Profit and reviews the optional Driver App ticket verification setting.

  1. Open Account Settings
    • Navigate to the Account Settings page in Harvest Profit.
  2. Go to Elevators
    • Select Elevators from the available settings options.
  3. Create a New Elevator
    • Click + New Elevator.
    • Enter the name of the delivery location.
    • Click Save to create the elevator.
  4. Review the Driver App Verification Setting (Optional)
    • Locate the Driver App Double Entry Ticket Identifier Verification toggle.
    • When enabled, drivers must enter the ticket number twice in the Driver App.
    • This helps reduce ticket number entry errors.
    • This setting is optional and is not required to use the Driver App.
Tip: Enable the double-entry ticket verification option if your operation frequently relies on manual ticket number entry and you want an extra layer of accuracy.
Troubleshooting:
  1. If you cannot find the elevator you created, verify that you clicked Save before leaving the page.
  2. If the Driver App is not asking for the ticket number twice, confirm that the Driver App Double Entry Ticket Identifier Verification setting is enabled.
  3. If changes are not appearing as expected, refresh the page and verify the configuration was saved successfully.
