Fix Ops Center Permission

Fixing Missing Permissions & Refreshing Machine Data

Note: If your data(fields,maps,etc) is not importing, you may need to check permissions in operation center for the user signing into the integration in Harvest Profit. 

Check and Grant Additional Permissions

    • Go to Operation CenterSetupConnectionsTeam.
    • Click on the staff member who is signing into Ops Center.
    • On the right-hand side, click AccessOrganizationEdit.
    • Ensure the Grant Additional Permissions box is checked.
    • Click Save.

    After updating permissions, click the Refresh Machine Data button in Harvest Profit. Wait a few minutes and check if the missing data appears.
