Clear Grain Bin Inventory

Introduction: This tutorial will guide you through the process of clearing inventory in a bin. This is useful when you have a negative amount in your bin or a little leftover after hauling grain out.

Steps to Clear Inventory in a Bin

1. Navigate to the Inventory Page
   • Go to your Harvest Profit dashboard.
   • Click on the Inventory page.
   • Ensure that you are in the correct year.
2. Select the Storage Location
   • Go to the storage location that you want to clear.
   • Click on View Details.
3. Clear All Inventory
   • Click on Clear All Inventory.
   • This will remove any leftover or negative amount in the bin due to shrinkage or other reasons.

Important Reminder

• Ensure you are in the current year when clearing out your inventory. The crop year is automatically set to the year that you're in, and you want to have the correct crop season set when clearing the inventory.
