Add a User

    Introduction: Adding users to your Harvest Profit account allows you to delegate access and manage your farm operations efficiently. This guide will take you through the process of adding a new user and assigning appropriate permissions step-by-step. Watch the video below for a live demonstration of adding a user.

  1. Go to the Account Settings page in the bottom left corner.
  2. Under the Account Access category, click on Users and Permissions.
  3. Click on the Invite Someone to Your Account button.
  4. Enter the new user’s email address and select the access level you wish to grant:
    • Manage: Full access to everything in the Harvest Profit account, including the mobile Driver App.
    • Driver: Limited access, restricted to the mobile Driver App only. This option does not let the user look at your financial info.
  5. Click Send Invite to send the invitation to the new user. They will receive an email with instructions to set up their account.

  • Help Button: In the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, click the Help button and then click Ask to send an email directly from your account.
