Add Grain Tickets/Loads

Introduction: This guide will walk you through the process of adding a grain load or ticket in Harvest Profit. Whether you’re recording grain from a field or moving it to storage, this guide will help you accurately input the necessary details.

Steps to Add a Grain Load or Ticket

1. Navigate to the Loads Page
   • Go to the Inventory tab.
   • Ensure you are on the Loads page.
2. Add a New Ticket
   • In the upper right-hand side, click Add Tickets.
   • Set the Crop for the ticket.
   • Choose the Source (e.g., a field or grain bin).
   • Select the Destination (e.g., a grain bin or an elevator).
3. Select Entity Share
   • Choose the Entity Share for whoever is farming the field.
4. Enter Grain Details
   • Enter a weight or bushel amount (e.g., 1,200 bushels).
   • Enter a moisture percentage.
   • Input a Ticket Number (this can be any number or name).
   • Optionally, select a Truck Identifier.
5. Add Date and Notes
   • Enter the Date of the grain load.
   • Add any Notes or Images (e.g., grain ticket slip).
6. Save the Ticket
   • Click Add Ticket.
   • You can add multiple tickets as needed.
   • Once done, click Continue. Your most recent loads will show up at the top of the page.
